Interesting to hear it all in one fair story swoop. I don't put it into a wide category of blame such as it is the act of the Kremlin. I will tag it on dictator Putin. Seems comrade Putin is wanting to take first place for world maniacs of all time. We could probably tag Putin as a Serial killer and defintetly a murderer.
