Thailand’s CCSA has just announced major changes to the country’s Test & Go program, part of the broader Thailand Pass. International travellers will no longer need to take a PCR test on arrival. The requirement to book a SHA+ hotel as part of the Test & Go entry scheme is also abolished under today’s CCSA decision. Someone finally figured out that recovered Rona people test + up to three months later and mass random and arbitrary imprisonment of tourists wasn't helping solve the national bankruptcy crisis. 

I give them a year before they capitulate on weed and decrim the flower for the sake of the economy, and maybe even take the steam off the protest movement that threatens to become a serious armed insurgency problem of their own stubborn making. 

Once that happens, Bangkok becomes Belfast and it's game over for tourism for generations. 

Hopefully one of the clowns will figure this out and persuade the others something needs to change before they lose the farm entire.

they were close. But that crap ThaiPass and scam no payout insurance is still there. it's a problem for many potential visitors. Can't find another country that requires a pre flight  approval pass before boarding. Just scrap that b.s. and jump in with both feet already. You know, like most of the world has
