The story is a no story and was reported on months ago by the NYT. Why are you so shocked by a father helping out a son? My father helped all of his children out. In my case, he bought me a vehicle. I was employed at the time but just didn't have the financial means to do pay for the vehicle. He also paid for my 10 years of post secondary education. I too have provided money for younger family members. That's one of the secrets to prosperity: Helping out less fortunate family members so they do not become encumbered by debt. It may come across as a shocker to those who are from dysfunctional families, but this is normal for many families. I do note that there is no allegation of his filing fraudulent tax returns, as a certain orange liar has done. -
