What has a sturgeon farm in Hua Hin to do with Russian partnership?

Michelin-starred chef, Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, told AFP he thought the farm’s prices had “opened doors” for many chefs.

I have never been to any restaurants like that, Can I afford to try one in Thailand? i watched some youtube video bloggers spend a night or 2 in 5 star hotel last year using the discount prices, It looked tempting.

“The farm, Thai Sturgeon Farm, supplies local distributor Caviar House.”

Caviar House is owned by Russian & Thai investors. And their website thanks a magazine for announcing the construction of the Russian & Thai owned sturgeon farm mentioned in the article.
