Thailand is seeking to ink a new regional extradition pact with 10 other Southeast Asian countries in a united effort to combat transnational crimes by 2024. Senior officials discussed the matter during a seminar about how to combat cybercrime at the Office of the Attorney General’s 129th anniversary meeting, the Bangkok Post reported. This might just be a good thing if it can work. Just the other day received a call from a number that I did not know and already did not pick up for the last two times a couple weeks ago. A Thai woman who caught how I said hello and then in a minor stutter asked me - you speak Thai?, and all I said back in return was English. Quick hang up. Number comes out as a 08 number here but when searched it is not a Thailand number.
