One I always remember is Pink Floyd's  Echoes, as used by George Greenough in the classic 1970's surfing film Crystal Voyager.

Even more memorable is the fact I met George in Ballina in the early 80's and shared a drink with him whilst he discussed his plans to restore his yacht; Morning Light, which was in the boat yard opposite.

In an era before GoPro, the shoulder mounted camera was no small thing!

The Echoes segment of the film was shot off Evans Head in the early mornings in order to make use of the rising sun.

With the sad news of the passing of Vangelis (Evángelos Odysséas Papathanassíou), a couple of reminders.

Respectfully asking a moderator to move this thread over to the Movie and TV theme songs topic. I don't see it doubled up yet.👍
