A motorcycle taxi driver in Hua Hin allegedly shot and killed another win driver after a fight over a foreign passenger, Thai media reports. As an aside, this article was probably taken from the Bangkok Post? They always, always never miss a chance of pointing out that Hua Hin is in the Southern Province of Prachuap Kiri Khan. Yes, we know where Hua Hin is. It’s another of my pet hates. It’s almost as though they enjoy saying Prachuap Kiri Khan. It is quiet catchy though. Try it ..

This is the problem with Thais who get upset. They know no limits. They don’t make any form of calculation relating to the impact of their actions. It’s act now and think later. Feel sorry for the person who got shot, but not the Ass hole who shot them

Admit when you are wrong!

own up to your mistakes!

Say sorry and move on !

If you believe  are right , then be a good Buddhist and pray for them and move on!

You are applying Western solutions to Thai problems. That is the road to frustration and will get you as far as the dead motorcycle taxi rider. I learnt to sit on the fence, out of harms way, and not concern myself with things that I cannot possibly change. Thais won’t listen to foreigners so why stress yourself. Enjoy the show.
