Pleading not guilty to “torture causing death” while admitting to torture that caused death seems bizarre. Cannot see how Isuzu Joe and crew can wiggle their way out of that unless the autopsy “proves” the victim coincidentally died of a congenital heart condition aggravated by drug abuse.

I would bet the ruling will have a loop hole that it was unnecessary roughness but an honest mistake so some compensation will needed to be paid and the punnishemnt is inactive duty for a few months then a transfer and need to be on good behavior as their two months of probation play out. Or it might be the one who gets the problem is the one who put the bag over his head.
