Phuket 62% vaccinated, Sandbox ready to play in, hopefully

The government has “confirmed” that Phuket is 62% vaccinated. Further, they indicate that they are ready to go ahead with the Phuket Sandbox reopening. This would let limited quarantine-free tourism to fully vaccinated international visitors.
