The Test and Go scheme and Thailand Pass registration are expected to be scrapped by June 1 if there is no surge in infections. Starting April 1, the mandatory quarantine period for unvaccinated travellers entering Thailand will be reduced to five days. BMA will consider whether to allow water-splashing activities to be held on Khao San Road during Songkran. The future of casinos in Thailand might be marketed toward foreign tourists. If Thailand wants to be a competitive Tourist destination they are going to have to be a lot smarter.

Australia has just scrapped the need for a PCR test before arrival guess where Tourists will go to?

I think they should keep it for the next 2-5 years or until the Thai authorities really understand what Covid is doing. So that means never.
