Restrictions are easing across Thailand, especially in Chiang Mai. The northern province is now fully open to international tourism and can welcome travellers entering under the Test & Go and Sandbox schemes. Yeah there is something not Kosher Thai going on as CM still just falls in the top 20 of infection rate, if that can be construed as real numbers submitted. Brown envelopes yep. Allows them to stay open and later without that oh so coveted we have food classification. So in CM, they can turn a blind eye as so many don't even use the food loop hole as not having a packaged noodle soup to offer their guests.
