You did not read all, didn't you?

Actually, there are lots of Thai Owners, Appartments/houses who reduced rent already for covid reasons.  Not all of them are "there are less, so they have to pay more", like it is in many bar, eh, "restaurant" businesses. Some still understand, that less rent is better, as no rent at all! And it is a merit for next life?

As still i'm 99% sure of what's here has nothing todo with what's happening in Ukraine (both sides).
