What The Thaiger means is that you can't do your first night in CNX yet. After your first night wherever you choose you can go up to CNX no problems (I presume as there are regular flights going from and towards Chiang Mai).

Obviously not got the Balls like the Bangkok Governor …. Or maybe a brown envelope changed hands with the Bangkok Cities communicable diseases committee …. We shall never know.

Bangkok governor Aswin Kwanmuang has signed an order allowing participants in meetings and banquets to drink alcoholic beverages until 11pm, further easing Covid-19 controls.

The order, signed on Monday, was aimed at allowing people to resume economic and social activities, alongside disease control measures, the announcement said. The city's communicable diseases committee approved it the same day.
