Phuket welcomed its first group of Test & Go travellers entering the island province by sea and tourism officials say more visitors travelling on cruise ships and yachts will be entering under the quarantine exemption scheme. In addition, the generally mild nature of the Omicron variant has removed the need for people who receive a positive ATK result to take a PCR test.

There, officials were examining the employment contracts and related documents. All of the crewmen underwent Covid testing with antigen kits. None were positive for Covid-19.

They did not require PCR test. ….. Maybe PCR testing has created jobs for the boys so to speak, and they are scared to let go of the income.
