What becomes the condo showroom after sales ends ?

Hi all,

 

I've noticed that most of the condo projects build a separate building as a showroom. Those buildings are pretty well furnished, with elevators, air conditioning...

 

So I've always wondered what they do with the building once the sales ends... As the sales usually lasts, let say, 2 or 3 years, the building is still in a good condition.

 

Do they sell the demo condo units, is the building converted into a commercial building or is it demolished ?

I asked the same question to the sales person during my recent purchase and her reply is it will be demolished.

Depending on location I've seen a few turned into cafe Amazon's or similar
