Perhaps try to look beyond Thailand and Tangmo? I believe it's good for the mental health to know whats going on around the world.

I do actually agree with this.

The extreme turbulence that was caused by Covid, & now Ukraine, that unless one tries to keep it in perspective, worry can lead to negative thinking, & anxiety.

Never mind the stress that so many Thai people have normally, trying to put food on the table.

This report isnt suggesting that people shouldn't read the news or find out what is going on.

This report is saying that people shouldn't excessively monitor news sources , many people seem to be constantly stuck looking at their telephones , some people seem oblivious to the World around them when walking down the street looking at their phones

Maybe this Gov could help out by having 1 pr person that gives news.  During 2021 Covid times there were various Gov people speaking out about vaccines coming to Thailand.  They even put it all under 1 committee that Pinocchio chaired but that didn't help at all.  So many of the Gov ministers and PM want to get their time on the air for their own egos and begin talking without knowing much at all.

This has happened over and over again.  Look at the bombing at the Chinese shrine under the BTS and the children stuck in the cave in N Thailand.

It is over 70Baht a litre in the UK at the moment due to the 'Russian Problem' and I expect it to double over the next few months.
