Flights of 30 minutes to 3 hours pretty much limits you to ASEAN countries. Probably not going to find a lot of wealthy tourist on those routes 🤔

I don't think they're going to find  wealthy tourists from anywhere in the world, but we all know that TATs delusion is incurable.

I find this utterly ridiculous. The extra cost of a PCR test prior to departure and another test on arrival will add around 6,000-8,000 baht to your holiday. That’s as much as 3 to 4 times what you would pay for your flight!  It’s proving hard enough to attract people who would pay 20,000-30,000 baht for a flight to take the additional hit. Short haul travellers will see it as simply too much.
