For those very many who despite other prior national disasters have now newly or yet again been environmentally compromised by the ferocity of natural forces there is  no space for humour when if history demonstrates anything  the OZ Govt. has no problem shafting  people on behalf of  big money interests.(Insurance)

And it's still raining in the north, Hervey Bay to Sunshine Coast regions of QLD have a system currently over Gympie (again!) although it is moving slowly offshore.
