TAT shows how nearly every week.  There are not many rules or enforcement in Thailand - so just say the most outrageous thing you can to get attention and to sell the products. Some of the photos I have seen of Thai Hotels and Golf Courses must have been over 30 years old - and very few are recent and a true indication of the place. But the  again, if Maccas can make their total rubbish look so good in ads and not get charged with fraud, then I guess a large amount of 'creative licence' for 'marketing purposes' is all good.
