I lived 7 years in LOScam and there is one thing certain for sure. Fazwaz provides nothing else than overpriced properties, let it be for rent or buy.

Lately I rented a villa on Phuket for 30K Thb per month which was advertised on Fazwaz for 90K. Nothing else than a rip off and Scam but that suits perfectly for this country.
