Arent Ukraine currently partial members of NATO and are getting more privileges and thats whats causing problems with Russia ?

Not facts at all. “Partial” NATO membership doesn’t exist.Ukraine as a western- recognized Democracy, is receiving NATO Military Intel, Supplies & Training.
No NATO Direct Forces in Ukraine as Ukraine not a NATO Member.
