Odd wording seeing as Burma is now Myanmar. It's more like Kayin State soldiers vs. Myanmar government forces (i.e., military junta) in a 70 year civil war.

It is a wrong report because the pdf are burmese but also fighting together with Karen. Don't fall into bad journalism who should know it because it is very well known.
