Interesting list... Didn't realize exteriors for some of the films listed where shot in Thailand. However, it's the interiors, shot in Thailand, for FansOnly that keep film crews busy in the mean time 😉

The Hangover II (2011)

The film was filmed almost entirely in Bangkok and around Phang Nga Bay including Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton in Krabi.

Oh yeah, I remember that: the Speedboat ride from Bangkok to Krabi was about 2 hours, in that movie.

The Serpent is great, of course it's a series. The apartment complex is located on sukhumvit soi 4, it's possible to enter the pool area to have a look, at least it was a couple of months ago.

Extraction, staring Chris Hemsworth and directed by  Sam Hargrave and produced by the Russco brothers. All 4 have been heavily involved in the MCU ( Marvel Cinematic Universe).

Filming was in India, with the Thai locations in and around Ban Pong, Ratchaburi. Came out in 2020.

Today still remains the most watched original Netflix film. A sequel is in the pipeline.

Slightly off topic, in terms of music videos, then 2 that spring to mind are:-

Peter Andre, Mysterious Girl. Shot on Phi Phi Island in 1995.

DJ GrooveJet, If this ain't love, Feat: Sophie Ellis-Baxter. 2000. For those that saw any of her Kitchen Disco's during lockdown, could have saved a fortune on location, and stayed in London!

How could you miss the "Bangkok Bound" movie from 2010. A real work of art. Far better than all these other movies put together.

What you talking about? Everybody knows that Hangover 2 is the best movie ever made in Thailand. Period.
