Hi, I thought i might buy some of these kits to have with me when i return to Australia.  Are they only available in pharmacies?  What’s a fair price to pay? Thanks

You can get them for 49 Baht in 7/11's and other shops sell different tests for 50-250 Baht

Are these ones from 7/11 acceptably accurate?

Really?

The most troubling thing with these tests , which you can buy in convenient store, supermarkets, pharmacies, that is the person doing it!

Afaik , all the test you will find in "name'' shops, these days, are DDC accepted, tested.

You also can buy on Lazada, with the usual risk of getting it cheaper, but perhaps not in time or even "that genuine", as expected.  Also there is a greater selection,  which for certain includes tests , not DDC recommended!

On the other hand, they may just not be included in the recommendations b/c they weren't imported from the right persons/companies? (Oh my bad thinking, again)

Well given the usage totals that must by now be extensive I would hope that some degree of accuracy would have been established with perhaps some degree of difference  between the  cheaper and the  more/most expensive. A specific concern  is the potential for false positives which  could  result in social restrictions  disproportionate . False negatives effectively  have same result as if  a test has  never been undertaken.

To be a social Leper or an unknown potential leper in effect!

Your response simply echoes my original question ? Even if that  includes the capabilities of the person doing it !

DDT accepted, ABCD process, subject to ADHD ,the DT's, STD's etc's leaves the question of reliability ?!
