Got a PayPal account? Withdraw your remaining balance into your bank account. PayPal is relaunching its services in Thailand. Please note that you must have a business registered in Thailand to apply for a PayPal Thailand business account.

You mean, you must create a Thai company to be able to use a PayPal business account in Thailand?
