Landscape Lighting- Really Thailand?

Ok- I am into lighting, indoors and outdoors.

I want outdoor landscaping lighting, but Solar is not a great option- it is too inconsistent. I see powered LED lighting on Home Pro- so yeah! They have it! But- no power transformer!??? What! No power supply? All I see are power supplies for irrigation.

Now I have stayed at some nice hotels in Chiang Mai recently and there was NO Solar lighting there- it was a power supply. Where are these hidden power supplies! Can regular people buy them?

These are 220V. Not low voltage like in the USA. We use them at our hotel project
