Property developer AP Thailand is expected to unveil a whopping 65 new projects valued at 78 billion baht this year, the most in the Thai real estate market, with units ranging from approximately 1.9 to 50 million baht each. The property market is soaked. Too many finished condos available. Thai and foreign buyers stopped purchasing due to Covid-19. Thai because of the very slow rental market. And foreigners because they have difficulties to enter the Kingdom. And AP. Sadly enough the qouta for foreigners is still 49%. In Hua Hin they would be glad with higher qouta for foreigners.
