Need to have "retirement" condos as well, no children under 20 allowed.

You can always live in a 'pool villa' inside one of the gated communities with the same house that everyone else has and a 10sqm garden with your kitchen window about 1m from your neighbours toilet window. Lovely 🙄

With hardly any foreigners in the country and the Thai people not expexring any revenue of rentals the sales of condo is very quiet.

But the question here is:"How many foreigners have a lease on a condo instead of freehold ownership? And how many own condo, land and houses on a company name?" When you add these to the quota of foreigners it will be much more than 49%.
