Taiwan air force has ordered its fighter jets to dispatch and missile defence systems activated yesterday after dozens of Chinese jets infiltrated the island’s air defence zone with an H-6 bomber. Although Beijing had not released a statement on the event, the warplanes were reportedly seen in the south-western Air Defence Identification Zone, which is self-declared airspace that is monitored for national security reasons rather than territorial airspace. According to flight paths released online by ministry authorities, Chinese aircraft flew to the northeast of Taiwan’s Pratas Island. China wants Taiwan to be its own territory and has threatened to use […]

China’s just testing Taiwan’s response times, confident in the belief that Taiwan wouldn’t dare to shoot down a Chinese plane. Nothing to worry about. Yet.

Indeed. I'm sure after a few more thousand fly overs they'll have some good data on those "response times".

Im sure Kim Jong In is firing missiles over Japan & into territorial waters  just to test their "response times".  Just a few more missiles needed....

Would not surprise me if the Chinese launch an attack and attempt to invade Taiwan, the same time as Russia invades even further into Ukraine. USA cannot be in two places at the same time without taking a hammering!

This is it. You have to put the big chess board into perspective. The "West" has been increasingly inching towards the east as it now wants to pivot out of the Middle East. This is, necessarily, pushing the alliances of Russia, China, Iran et. al. Russia is the front man, China is the silent partner. They are seizing their moment, as they see weakness in the Biden regime. The thing about 4D chess is you have to be able to think long term, and Putin was never given the opportunity to finish Trump's lessons (think Russiagate) and alzeihmer's patient Joe Biden has completely forgotten how to even set up the board. And Kamala is still trying to figure out if she should be the black or the white player... lol.

The US isn't gonna put boots on the ground in Ukraine. They're not even a NATO member.

Biden is gonna freeze some offshore accounts and boy will that teach them a lesson! Dont mess with Biden in charge of the swimming pool!

The Taiwanese ADIZ overlaps the Chinese ADIZ. The Chinese one is about five times the size. Nothing to see here.

I think China loaned a Taiwanese guy 31CNY and he defaulted, so they gave themselves a 99 year lease to Taiwanese air space AND they still expect to be paid back.

"Biden IS poised to deploy US forces: President is in 'final stages' of identifying military units of up to 50,000 troops, warships and aircraft to send to NATO allies in Eastern Europe over fears Russia is about to invade Ukraine".

Well if it's in massive fonts from an unquoted source in a internet chat forum it must be true.

In military parlance all options are always on the table... But Biden won't do it. Not as a first option, not even the crazy, psychopathic neocons advising him will make this a first consideration. The only way America will send these assets to member/neighboring NATO states is if Russia is indeed forced to act, “harshly, quickly and asymmetrically” as they put it.

What are Russia's "Red Lines" in regard to Ukraine, there are others, like the general reversal of NATO advancement eastward.

* Ukraine must not be allowed to join the Membership Application Plan [MAP] leading to its inclusion in NATO

* A significant build up of weapons within Ukraine that become an existential threat to Moscow (think offensive medium/long range missile systems, not defensive Iron Dome type interceptor missiles, and keep in mind Moscow is not that far from the Ukrainian border].

Final note, Russia refers to a first strike capability known as "Military-Technical" this likely means just about anything that does not include a conventional assault with boots on the ground or air force or missiles in the air. It will mean leveraging alliances with regional partners in finance, trade, further cooperation, could include cyber-attacks, and further diplomatic remedies etc.

Is it? They did that in Sri Lanka for a port. So my joke goes... They loan a Taiwanese guy some money, he defaults, they cough up a 99 lease for "Taiwanese air space"...

Or as the NY Times put it:

"Under heavy pressure and after months of negotiations with the Chinese, the government handed over the port and 15,000 acres of land around it for 99 years in December."

Get it? It's a joke....

There is no weakness in Biden's regime - he is far more dangerous to world peace than Trump ever was.

Biden, just like Obama are puppets on the payroll of the American weapons industry (companies like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc...).

Trump was as well; but he was crazy enough to do whatever he pleased, often times ignoring what those companies wanted. Example, when he changed from "Fire and Fury" to North Korea and then visited North Korea and "made friends" with Kim Jong-Un even calling him a great leader.

Apart from anything else, it's not "Taiwanese airspace" - it's international airspace.

You didn't follow the joke: it's Chinese airspace. - they got it on a defaulted loan and assigned themselves a 99 year lease.on it as compensation.

Just as they are going to give themselves the Laos-China railroad - and all adjoining land - on a 50 year lease when - not if - Laos defaults.

Just like the port in Sri-Lanka, etc.

China has become a predatory lender....

*Sigh*

They didn't assign themselves a 99 year lease to 'Taiwanese air space' or they didnt assign themselves a 99 year lease to the Sri Lankan port on loan default they clearly knew in advance would fail (just like Laos)?

Which is the pack of lies from the Western media and which is a Vince joke? :-)
