Just re-newed for another 5 years, and as last time, the photo is 50% my face and 50% my shirt. I asked the 'photographer' if she could zoom in onto just my face. Çannot do' was the reply. I asked why and she said the big boss says how it should be. I asked to speak to this Big Boss, but she said 'No, the one in Bangkok. Passport photos must be only the face. -
