Do you really think that the Prime Minister of Canada (or, in fact, any leader of any serious country) sent out a tweet saying "do not invite (family) to family dinners"? Or, "do not speak to (family) on the phone"? Or, a country's Leader instructing its citizen to "do not reply to (their family's) texts"? Or, "You need to do everything you can to make life difficult for them until they comply"?
