This Is like Groundhog Day!!! These things happened in South Africa two months ago and in my country now and Thailand is about two weeks behind us. But the effects are the same. It feels like the Titanic is about to hit the iceberg... over and over again and still governments are acting without learning from countries who have had the Omicron wave.

The interesting part about Omicron is, it transmits so quickly and while it can be milder in it's symptoms, hospitalisations are also higher, because of the sheer number of people it infects. Then workers test positive and even if asymptomatic are called upon to isolate. Then 1 in 4 are out of the workforce. Supply chains are majorly disrupted. Shops run out of groceries. If this doesn't sound familiar to you....get used to it! That's what is about to happen in Thailand.
